About Olivia

I am a catalyst for defining next-generation product experiences. My specialties include creating imaginative concepts and interactions for first of kind technology, leading design collaborations with engineering and product design teams, and planning end-user research efforts.

I describe myself as a catalyst for design-driven innovation. For the past 5 years, I have been creating imaginative concepts, both physical and digital, for first of kind medical and life science technologies based on insights collected through user research. My professional career started with Industrial Design and has led me to a focus on User Experience, User Research, and HFE/Usability.  My professional goal is to become a resource for innovation.

I am currently an Experience Designer at HSD in New Jersey.  I work in multidisciplinary teams on a variety of projects ranging from surgical/medical devices, laboratory devices, consumer health products, to work environments, mobile applications, and augmented reality software. My professional focus is on User Research, Usability/UX of physical and digital products, and HFE Process Definition in the Medical and Life Science Device and Consumer Healthcare field.
